A [vis](https://github.com/martanne/vis) [plugin](https://github.com/martanne/vis/wiki/Plugins) for saving cursor position per file.

Default save path is `{XDG_CACHE_HOME|HOME}/.vis-cursors.csv`

Set a custom path with `M.path`
